The VSTO family of ontologies can be found at the following locations:

http://escience.rpi.edu/ontology/vsto/2/0/vsto_all.owl : container ontology, includes all others. This is the URL to enter in a semantic editor like Protege or Swoop.

http://escience.rpi.edu/ontology/vsto/2/0/vsto.owl : ontology containing the VSTO core classes and relationships.

http://escience.rpi.edu/ontology/vsto/2/0/cedar.owl : CEDAR specific instances (for the upper atmosphere domain).

http://escience.rpi.edu/ontology/vsto/2/0/mlso.owl : MLSO specific instances (for the solar corona domain).
